Atrium residential area is located near Šmartinska cesta, one of the main Ljubljana avenues, at the very eastern edge of Zelena jama, between Bežigrad and Moste. This excellent location, near northern Ljubljana bypass, enables quick access to Ljubljana city centre with good road connections. Along with good location Atrium offers all necessary infrastructures, from good road connections by means of public transport and quick access to Ljubljana city centre, to supply routes, health services and education institutions.

Residential area consists of two kinds of constructions:

The first unit is located at Šmartinska cesta and consists of two basement floors, ground floor, five additional floors and two terraces. There will be 175 apartments: flatlets (24m2) and four room apartments with a study (up to 120m2) in the independent residential area with three separate entrances. 12 premises located in this unit (from 21 to 125m2) are intended for low-noise business activities and activities supplying the residential unit.

The second unit consists of six villa apartment buildings (low construction style) and belong in a higher quality and price range. In each villa facility there will be 19 apartments available (three or four per floor). These apartments will not only be larger (from 41 to 120m2) but will also have several subsidiary rooms like studies, wardrobe rooms, etc.

All stationary traffic in the area is located in two basement floors beneath the ground floor where besides the parking area will also be the storage and technical facilities of the residential unit.
